Meet Amanda
Amanda was first drawn to pilates for its blend of strength, balance, and precision. Over the years, she has loved learning more about the pilates method and how it can support a diverse range of bodies in deepening the mind-body connection.
Forever a student, Amanda is also a passionate yogi and climber and holds certifications in multiple yoga styles. Her classes blend classical pilates with modern biomechanics and a sense of playfulness, emphasising breath and joyful exploration.
