Take 50 minutes in your day to enhance strength and mindfulness simultaneously- take some time for you.
All reformer classes and private sessions are held in studio 4.

Your stabiliser muscles will certainly be worked whilst you sharpen your technique with every movement. Take the time to tune into your breath and alignment with a class that is perfect if you’re looking for a serious challenge- without rushing through the work.

RISE TEMPO
