What the ancient Yogis have known for centuries is now being proved and touted by western medicine. We need to look after our bodies and we need to take care of our mind and spirit in order to feel vibrant. Health is not just the absence of disease, it is a complex mix of physical, mental, social and spiritual wellbeing. This class will share methods to promote health autonomy, i.e. we will use movement, breathing, meditation and relaxation to become more sensitive to what our body, mind or spirit is trying to tell us so we can respond quickly and adapt to the ever changing demands of life.
